In late 2018, RMLS Alliance was formed by combining MLS data for Capital Area Realtors MLS, Egyptian Board of Realtors MLS, Peoria Area Association of Realtors MLS and the Quad City Realtor Association MLS. Once you have obtained IDX approval for one of those MLSs, we are offering to add any of those MLSs for $5, plus the cost of your IDX product.
Commercial properties are available upon request for our service in this board. No further MLS approval (beyond regular approval for our service) is required for the commercial listings to be included in your IDX.
